The Setting
Tucked beneath old-growth spruce on the Oregon Coast Highway, the house sits in its own private forest — a world of moss, fern and stillness, minutes from the legendary fairways of Bandon Dunes, and a private alternative to resort lodging for your Bandon, Oregon golf trip. About twelve minutes from the clubhouse, with twelve separate beds — every golfer gets their own. No doubling up, ever. The Interior
A spacious great room with sculptured ceilings, leather sofas, a baby grand piano, and a fireplace. Art lines the hallways, and every room is made for winding down after 36 holes.
The Outdoor Kitchen
The covered BBQ kitchen is the feature — wood-fired pizza oven, grill, and beverage coolers. From there the evening moves out to the patio: dinner beside the fireplace, then a soak in the jacuzzi beneath the pines.
The Cabana
Traveling with a group larger than eight? The Cabana is a suggested addition to the house — a private cabin tucked among the trees with its own kitchenette and comfortable beds, so bigger groups can spread out without giving up privacy.

Payment Schedule
A 25% deposit secures your dates at the time of booking.
The remaining balance is due 90 days before arrival.
Cancellation Policy
We understand golf trips are often planned well in advance, and plans can occasionally change.
More than 90 days before arrival: cancellation receives a full refund of payments made.
90 days or less before arrival: the reservation is non-refundable.
If the house is able to rebook the cancelled dates, we refund the amount recovered from the replacement reservation.
Because golf trips to Bandon are frequently planned many months in advance, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unexpected changes.
